Park West is a 55+ community of single-story, detached homes located in northwest Henrico County, Virginia at the intersection of Hungary and Francistown Roads. The homes in the neighborhood were built in 2000.

Use our Social Center, outdoor pool, exercise room, library, and multipurpose room where you can participate in our many community activities. There is always plenty to keep you active and involved in the neighborhood.

Although we're nestled in a quiet, residential area, we're only minutes from numerous medical centers, libraries, general and specialty grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and other retail options -- including nearby Short Pump Town Center. Downtown Richmond is less than 15 minutes away, with Washington DC, Virginia Beach, and the Blue Ridge mountains just a day trip away.
